![]() It didn’t help either that the game suddenly changed its own rules, putting invisible walls on the sides of the maze entrance so that we wouldn’t hurt ourselves by accident. I don’t think that’s how it was meant to be. The result was that I spent a good 30 minutes trying to figure out what the creator actually meant. The problem is that I approached this DLC without reading the tutorials or anything. We have to repeat this activity so often, until we make our way inside. Each circle has a lever associated with it. The maze works as follows – we have three circles, each with several rooms. The more real problem was the lack of explanation of its mechanics. The challenges are not dishonest – the maze is simply not for the yet untamed characters. This can be considered a minus or a plus. Adding to this the discrimination of characters in heavy armor, I recommend that you check out the DLC only around the end of the game. Lords of the Fallen featured a rather quieter gameplay that suddenly turned into a meat grinder. Contrary to appearances, this is not a plus. The difficulty level of the maze is so high that I cannot imagine that a person who wants to stay sane will enter it voluntarily, as the creators planned it. ![]() Unfortunately, the difficulty level of the labyrinth means that not only is it definitely not for a heavily armed character, but entering there right after defeating the Beast is actually suicide. ![]() You should go to our irreplaceable blacksmith – a planar traveler, and he will make sure that we get where we need to. The maze is unlocked right after killing one of the bosses, the Beast. We enter the labyrinth and we are to kill the main boss to free the trapped souls there. The problem started as the studio turned to DLC. Despite similar mechanics, the CI Games team tried to make their production at least a little different by introducing their own solutions and creating a unique story. I never liked comparing Lords of the Fallen to Dark Souls. ![]()
